Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to order processing status. Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Where THEE MUSEUM approves a cancellation and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another permitted method, as applicable.

Cancellations by THEE MUSEUM

THEE MUSEUM may cancel an order in circumstances such as stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. Where payment has already been received and a refund is applicable, the amount will be processed accordingly.
